How do I find my correct size?

Our size chart will help you choose the right size. You can find these on every product page above the sizes offered.

How can I change the language setting of the online shop?

The shop is currently available in German and English. To change the language, click on the language menu in the header or footer and select the language of your choice.

Order & Delivery

Which countries does Artes Motus deliver to?

We currently deliver to all countries in the European Union as well as Switzerland. If you would like to order from a country not listed, please contact service@artesmouts.com .

When will my order be confirmed?

As soon as your order is recorded in our system, you will receive a confirmation email from us with your order number.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free within the EU. You can find the shipping rates for Switzerland here .

How long does it take to receive my order?

The delivery time depends on the country to which the goods are to be delivered. Please refer to the shipping table for delivery times per country, which you can find here .

How can I change or cancel my order?

Once the checkout process is complete, orders cannot be canceled. However, after receiving the goods, you can return them free of charge within fourteen days. Please also note our instructions for returns, which you can find here .

What payment options are there?

You can choose which payment method is most convenient for you: by credit card (American Express, Mastercard, Visa), debit card (Maestro) or Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal.

How long does it take for my refund to be processed?

Once we have received your return, we will process it immediately and then issue a credit to the payment method you used. If the workload is high, processing can take between two and four weeks.

How long can I return my order?

Of course, you can return unworn items to us within fourteen days of receiving the goods. The return is made using the enclosed return label. Please also note our instructions for returns, which you can find here .

If you would like to exchange an item, return it to us within fourteen days of receiving the goods and reorder your desired item via our online shop. Please also note our instructions for returns, which you can find here .

To create your Artes Motus customer account, click on the login symbol in the header at the top right, and then click on “Create Account”. Alternatively, you can create a customer account during checkout. To do this, click on “Log in” and then “Create account”.

As soon as you have logged in to your customer account, you can edit or delete your master data.

How can I change the email address associated with my Artes Motus account?

As soon as you have logged in to your customer account, you can change your master data including your email address.

How can I change my password and personal information?

As soon as you have logged in to your customer account, you can edit and change your master data.
